Cost - $75.00 per hour - 2 hour minimum

Interior Redesign -

By using existing furnishings we will enliven your home to achieve a new look, Great for someone who "Just wants a change" or has a room that "Just doesn't work".

Cost - $300.00 per room*

Real Estate Staging -

"Professionally staged homes sell faster and for more money"

Our aim is to create a dynamic first impression that highlights the best features of your home.

Minimum staging - Consultation with a written report provided.
Cost - $150.00
Medium staging - Initial consultation with a written report, client does some of the work, we then come back to finish up to make your house "Market ready".
Cost - $75.00 per hour - 1 stager*
$100.00 per hour - 2 stagers*
2 hour minimum
Maximum staging - Turn key operation - we stage your house - you do not even need to be there. We move or store furniture, move accessories: do whatever it takes to get your house "Market ready". Cost - same as above
$125.00 - 3 stagers*

*Number of stagers to be determined by the size of the job.
*Unusual amount or size of furniture will change price
*Prices do not include rental furniture or accessories

Move-In Services

Save stress, time and money on moving costs. We will come to your current home and plan which furniture and accessories to take to your new house. We will then plan where it will go in you new home. We can help you set up in your new location in a creative and timely manner.

Cost - $75.00 per hour per decorator
2 hour minimum
$100.00 - 2 decorators
$125.00 - 3 decorators

Party and Holiday Decorating

Add a professional touch to all your celebrations.
Party and Holiday preparations are stressful and time consuming. We can help starting with table decorations up to whole house decorating, which ever you may want. We can refurbish what you already have and use your items in new and exciting ways. We can also shop for new items to enhance your look.

Cost - $75.00 per hour per decorator
2 hour minimum
